Seiko reputation began as a Japanese watchmaker, crafted in Japan by Japanese artisans, trusted for its precision and durability. Each era of Seiko timepieces features unique characteristics that clearly reflect the period of production. Every model incorporates advanced technology, thanks to Seiko's relentless innovation. This commitment stems from the philosophy of the company’s founder, Shinji Hattori, who emphasized, “One step ahead of the rest,” which translates to always staying one step ahead of the competition.
In addition to the exceptional quality, design, and functionality of its watches, after-sales service is a crucial aspect of Seiko’s commitment. To provide comprehensive care for all models sold, Seiko has developed a new service center that is fully equipped to meet customer needs. The service center has relocated from the Phetchaburi 35 branch to the headquarters at Ital-Thai Tower, Floor G, where it can accommodate up to 2,000 watches for repair each month, offering services that meet Japanese standards.
Showroom Experience
The showroom has been designed to blend modern Japanese style with marble patterns, creating a visually appealing environment that reflects Japanese aesthetics. It serves as a mini showroom displaying products from the Grand Seiko, Seiko, Alba, and Clock brands. Inside, there are dedicated rooms for each stage of watch repair. The Watchmaker Studio is the largest space, equipped with custom-made tables tailored to each watchmaker’s expertise and a dust protection system throughout the process. Additional specialized rooms include the Diagnostic Room,Spare Parts Room, Clock Repair Room, GS Watchmaker Room, and Polishing Room. Grand Seiko has a dedicated repair room on the second floor, equipped with standard tools and staffed by skilled artisans. The 17 watchmakers at the Seiko service center have undergone rigorous trining and testing to earn certification for repair standards from the factory in Japan.
